To avoid misunderstandings, it is important to read these house rules. By confirming your reservation, we assume that you have read the content and will comply with it. Non-compliance with the house rules may result in cancellation and the full price of the stay being charged.

• Upon arrival at Villa SUN, all guests must present their passport or ID for registration.
• During your stay, the staff is available to provide all necessary information.
• Bed linens are changed once a week for a minimum stay of 15 days. If you wish for the bed linens to be changed more frequently, additional costs will apply. Additional cleaning can also be arranged for a fee during your stay.
• Towels, kitchen towels, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, and sun loungers are available for guests.
• The owners are not responsible for any disappearance of valuables; guests must always close doors and windows when leaving.
• In the absence of guests, neither the owner nor the staff has the right to enter the villa unless otherwise agreed. Special circumstances may provide an exception. The owner is obliged to inform the guest about their entry. In case of reasonable suspicion of damage, guests must allow the owner/staff to enter the villa.
• Pets are only allowed with prior approval. If pets are brought without permission, the owner has the right to cancel the guest’s accommodation. Guests must ensure that their pets do not cause damage and must clean up any waste immediately in the house and garden.
• Weapons, flammable and explosive substances, or other electrical devices are prohibited in Villa SUN without prior approval.
• Guests are expected to take care of the entire property and treat the furniture and appliances in both the interior and exterior of the house with care. It is strictly forbidden to move furniture from inside to outside or vice versa. Using indoor furniture with wet or damp clothing, including swimsuits, is strictly prohibited.
• Use of the pool is at your own risk. Throwing food, drinks, trash, or other objects into or around the pool is strictly prohibited.
• When leaving Villa SUN, guests must turn off lights, electrical devices, and water taps, as well as the gas (outdoor). It is also important to ensure that air conditioning and underfloor heating are not unnecessarily switched on. Additionally, air conditioning should not be used with open windows and doors. It is forbidden to dispose of waste, pads, tampons, condoms, etc., in toilets, sinks, or other areas – including the yard and immediate surroundings of the villa.
• If damage is caused intentionally or unintentionally, guests must compensate the owner for the full amount of the damage incurred.
• To prepare and clean the villa for other guests, check-in and check-out times must be adhered to.
