Please note the following terms and conditions:

• When making a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay price must be paid.
• Payment must be made via bank transfer to the landlord’s account no later than 24 hours after the offer has been sent to your email address.
• The remaining 70% of the stay price must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
• If the reservation is made within less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay is due immediately.
• The price offered to you via email includes all taxes and full use of the villa as described, except for the cost of the wines displayed in the wine cooler, which are charged according to the price list in the building.
• A deposit of €500 must be paid upon arrival.
• Well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee and with prior notice.
• Check-in is possible after 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
• The establishment reserves the right to charge additional fees for a late check-out.
• The accommodation price does not include additional cleaning services, which can be arranged at the guest’s request, nor does it cover pool heating costs from October 1st to October 31st and from May 1st to May 31st. During these periods, pool heating is charged at an additional rate of €100 per day. As heating requires preparation time, pool heating must be requested at least 20 days before arrival.
• From November 1st to April 30th, the pool is out of service.
• Villa SUN reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify a reservation if the booking system has been misused or if the reservation was made due to an obvious user error.

Cancellation Policy

• If a reservation is canceled 35 days or more before the arrival date, 30% of the total stay price will be charged.
• If a reservation is canceled 30 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the total stay price will be charged.
